Excellent Amenities and Helpful Staff
room upgrade clear communication great variety
The hotel upgraded our rooms because of issues with the original apartments. They communicated with us from Australia to ensure we were aware of arrival expectations. The breakfast had plenty of variety, offering diverse options for all guests.
The balcony doors were not properly fixed. This meant they moved about, letting in hot air and loud traffic noise.

Our apartment was spacious and clean, providing ample storage for family needs. The beds were comfortable. The two-bedroom apartment was very well appointed.

The staff were amazing, supporting us from arrival to departure. Housekeeping services were very efficient and all staff were helpful. Breakfast is diverse reflecting the mix of guests and the staff at the dining area were excellent.

The location offered convenient access to nearby shops and private facilities. The walk to great world by the river was amazing and connectivity from this location was superb. Public transportation options were also close to the hotel.

acceptable stay
convenient shuttle breakfast buffet helpful staff broken balcony cool sauna limited hot water
this hotel provided a shuttle to gardens by the bay. this service made getting around much easier. the breakfast buffet included a variety of options. the staff, including jaya and kay li, surprised my daughter with a birthday cake at breakfast. she loved it!
the balcony doors seemed improperly fixed and moved a lot. this let in hot air and traffic noise. the sauna had a ventilation window, so it never got hot enough. many suites include a bathtub, but there was not enough hot water to fill it properly.

The apartment was well equipped and clean. the pool area is lovely. the apartment included a washing machine and tumble dryer. This was very useful.
I noticed a few more guests than usual. It was slightly busier .

ineffective air conditioning limited options
the location proved excellent with its proximity to a supermarket.
the air conditioning did not work effectively, resulting in considerable discomfort. the breakfast buffet offered limited options, causing some inconvenience. i also had to wait for a table each morning, not ideal.

the retreat room offered massage chairs. the staff member on floor 11 cleaned rooms well. i also liked having a supermarket and restaurants in the same building.
housekeeping did not arrange washed dishes.
